1). We arrange mortgages and finance secured on residential and commercial properties, and also development projects in the UK.

2). We arrange finance for stock purchase for UK companies and individuals.

3). We can arrange sale and leaseback on owner occupied premises at a minimum of 90% market value. As a tenant you will be granted a lease with the first years of the lease payable at a rent of 6.5% of the amount received.

4). We arrange debtor book finance up to 95% for UK companies

5). We can arrange for a lender to give an undertaking to your supplier which can result in you obtaining better terms than you would have obtained from your supplier. This is known as Trade Finance.

6). We arrange Venture Capital.

7). We arrange Letters of Credit.

8). We arrange leasing of equipment which could be used as an effective way of purchasing businesses, plus enabling you to borrow a higher percentage of purchase price.
